Please read these terms carefully before using ThailandTrips services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ThailandTrips Travel Pvt. Ltd.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing our website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

2. Services offered

ThailandTrips Travel Pvt. Ltd. provides booking assistance for Thailand tour packages, hotels, villas, taxi transfers, activities, and SIM cards. We act as an intermediary between clients and service providers in Thailand. All bookings are confirmed only after verbal confirmation with our team and receipt of payment.

3. Enquiry and booking process

Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when: (a) our team has called you and verbally agreed on the services and price, (b) you have received a written quote via WhatsApp or email, and (c) payment has been received and acknowledged by ThailandTrips.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and are indicative until confirmed in writing. Final prices are subject to availability and seasonal variations. Payment is accepted via UPI, NEFT/RTGS bank transfer, or cash. A payment receipt will be issued within 24 hours of payment confirmation. GST as applicable will be included in the final invoice.

5. Cancellation policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before travel: Full refund minus 10% processing fee. Cancellations 15–30 days before travel: 50% refund. Cancellations less than 15 days before travel: No refund. Cancellations for reasons outside our control (natural disasters, flight cancellations, visa rejection): We will make best efforts to recover amounts from suppliers. A service charge of ₹2,000 per booking will apply. All refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.

6. Visa and travel documents

It is the sole responsibility of travellers to ensure they hold valid passports (minimum 6 months validity) and obtain necessary visas before travel. ThailandTrips provides guidance but is not responsible for visa rejections or denial of entry. Travellers must comply with all Thai immigration laws and regulations.

7. Travel insurance

ThailandTrips strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, lost baggage and personal liability. We can assist in arranging insurance on request. ThailandTrips is not liable for any incidents not covered by insurance.

8. Limitation of liability

ThailandTrips acts as an agent and is not directly liable for the acts or omissions of hotels, transport providers, airlines or any other third-party service providers. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

9. Complaints and disputes

Any complaints must be raised in writing to hello@thailandtrips.in within 30 days of return from travel. We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 working days. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

10. Changes to these terms

ThailandTrips reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
